Having been raised in kitchens on the bayous of Louisiana, cooking is in chef Zach Taylor’s soul. He moved from the south to New York City, driven by youthful rebellion and an attempt at careers in acting and comedy. After 10 years and stints in entertainment, real estate and fashion, Zach naturally returned to his heart – he uprooted to San Francisco (a city that he considers “a happy medium between The Big Easy and The City That Never Sleeps”) to begin a formal culinary education in one of the best food locations in the country. Zach combines his flare for entertainment and creativity with his deep southern origins to explore world cuisines and raise fresh California ingredients from the soil to your soul.
